“LET THEM COOK VOL. 14.
FROM OAKLAND TO OUR KITCHEN.
They built a cult following in Oakland, California. Now they’re back on Singapore soil, and we couldn’t be more excited to cook with them.
Meet Lion Dance Cafe, the James Beard Award semifinalists from Oakland bringing their bold, plant-based Singaporean flavours back home.
Familiar roots, unexpected combinations.
Two nights of good food, and some very good company.
And we’re not stopping at food. Keep an eye out for the drinks menu dropping soon. 🍸
